David O'Neil leads the Healthcare Advisory Services Practice for Sterling Management Resources.  David is a Healthcare Financial Executive with excellent qualifications and proven performance, with 30 years of progressive responsibility in acute care hospital systems.  Prior to joining Sterling Management Resources, David was the Chief Financial Officer for an $800 million net revenue integrated health care system.  He has served as Chief Financial Officer for the last 20 years and has significant experience and knowledge in managed care contracting, operational cost management, physician joint ventures, capital formation and debt financing, strategic and financial planning, compliance and legal matters, revenue improvement programs, merger and acquisition analysis, third party reimbursement and IT system selection and implementation.
