Jamie Lucas is an executive recruiter with Sterling Management Resources. Jamie is a high energy, motivated professional with achievements in sales, management and client satisfaction. Prior to joining Sterling Jamie was a business development manager with the Nation's leading provider of in-sourced employee management solutions where she was responsible for identifying needs and providing solution alternatives within the appropriate delivery platform with decision-makers at emerging, growing, and mature businesses across a variety of industries. Jamie collaborated with HR consultants, financial advisors, insurance agents, and other service providers to offer customized solutions to prospects and current clients.
Jamie held a sales representative role at the world’s leading provider of legal, regulatory, and business information systems. Here she was responsible for conducting sales appointments, presentations, cold calls, and closings in the legal community. As a district sales manager with a leading expert in payroll and among the top five payroll providers in the nation, Jamie developed new business through prospecting, cold calling and making sales presentations to a broad spectrum of executive and management clientele. She also serviced existing clients and utilized creative marketing strategies to expand business, resolved problems in a manner to increase opportunities for repeat business and long-term relationships.
Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana, and attended Southeastern School of Nursing, where she had extensive experience working in the clinical and nursing settings. Jamie was also a member of the Dean’s List, a state champion golf player, scholarship athlete in soccer, and named to the Who’s Who American High Schools and Colleges.
