Refer a friend or colleague to one of Sterling’s many job opportunities for a successful hire and enjoy dinner on us!!

Choose from any one of the various Outback Steakhouse Restaurants; Outback, Carrabas, or Bonefish and we will provide you with a gift card worth $50.00.

The rules are simple: 

1. Contact us with a candidate lead – provide us with their name, contact information and if possible a resume. 
2. One of our recruiters will contact and qualify the candidate. 
3. We will make sure that the candidate has not been active in our database.
4. We will enter your name as the referral source and if the candidate is hired you will be notified – be sure to provide us with your contact information.
