About Compensation

Sterling Senior Team Leaders work on an hourly basis. The rate is determined based on your experience and qualifications. This rate is set mutally, in advance of your assignment, and is reviewed periodically. Merit based increases in hourly rates may be reviewed with Sterling Partners. Opportunities for partnership may be reviewed periodically.
